What’s in it for you?

The ART (Agile Release train) Body control, part of the Solution Vehicle Motion & Climate within Product creation at Volvo Car Group, is responsible for the delivery of complete chassis systems.
The team “mechatronics control & software” within the ART is responsible for control & software in the mechatronic suspension systems (for instance air suspension, continuous controlled damper system and other coming technologies). The ECU controlling the systems is also within the team responsibility.

To our young, innovative and positive team we will hire a Software project leader.
We are organized according to SAFe and strive for self-organizing teams that feel responsibility for the end customer.
The team handles the complete development chain from defining high level requirement to verified solution in vehicle.

What you will do

Be an active team member in the “mechatronics control & software” team.
You are a “doer” in the development of our software and makes thing happen.
Configuration and release management is part of your work.
You will work with software design and requirements and communicate status, escalate and track issues when required.

Do you fit with the profile?

MSc, BSc, or similar in electrical engineering or computer science and have previous experience as software responsible or as a task leader.
You have at least five years of experience with systems and/or software design within embedded systems
We prefer if you have previous experience with Volvo Cars development process and release management.
Of course, you are good at communication and enjoy working in an agile cooperative environment.
You possess a high ability to plan and solve problems in a structured manner and have a driver license (B).
