THIS IS THE JOB
As a Software Quality Architect at Stratiteq, you will take a leading role when it comes to the quality and test in our projects. You are part of the dialog with clients in an early stage and are an important partner when it comes to advising our clients regarding the quality in the solutions. You are the one designing release processes and making sure it is supported by relevant automations. You will also take part in the configuration of the CI/CD pipeline from beginning to the end and making sure that we use the quality standards needed in such a pipeline.

You are the one making sure we have the quality in mind all the time. As described before sharing knowledge is a natural part of the Stratiteq culture, and as Software Quality Architect you play a big part in this by sharing your knowledge within quality assurance and testing and helping out in the practical parts of the testing when needed.

YOUR WAY TO BE
You love to plunge into client’s businesses, so that you can find the absolute best solutions. You have a deep understanding of the methods and patterns that transform a series of instructions into a fully functioning system which is both easy to maintain and develop further. For us, it is of course important that you have a great understanding of the business process but it´s also important that you know the technology behind it.

As a person you prefer to be part of a team where you come up with the solutions together. At Stratiteq we learn from each other and share experiences from different projects. For instance, via brown bag sessions, internal conferences, or external trainings. We work closely together, and we take pride in the team effort and cheer for each other. Everything moves extremely fast in developer community, and you always need to keep up and stay tuned for what`s next. That means that you will be responsible for your own education allocation and budget. 

One of the most important qualities we are looking for is passion, as we believe that if you have passion for your craft, you can learn the skills. However, you will succeed if you have several years of experience in a role as Software Quality Architect, where you had a leading role when it comes to quality and testing. We think it's also important to have great communicating skills to lead and advise clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, in your field of expertise. Sins we are mostly working with cloud solutions, we appreciate if you have experience in cloud-based systems such as Azure, AWS or CI/CD in other cloud environment. You should also be comfortable in both Swedish and English.
