InfiMotion Technology develops, manufactures, and sells high performance electric drive units for fully electric vehicles, addressing the whole value chain, including production software and single components.
InfiMotion was founded in 2021 in Wuxi, China, and lead investors are companies such as Geely Auto, Lotus and Ningbo Luma, with a professional board of directors with experienced powertrain and automotive executives from well-known Geely Holding companies.
By the end of 2022, InfiMotion aims to have 700 experienced employees across two R&D Centers in Gothenburg Sweden and in Wuxi China. The InfiMotion team has been responsible for over two million sold units to date, by which over 90 000 were delivered to the European market. The first batch of new high-performance products will go into production in late 2022.
The Role;
The Software Quality Assurance Manager will have the responsibility for the Quality of all Workproducts for all vehicle application projects, platform Projects or Advanced Engineering projects. The role will ensure that project activities align with the development processes and are compliant to the ASPICE standard. The Software Quality Assurance Manager will own the Development Process and lead the quality work across engineering teams in Sweden and China and be the SQA project representative in customer interaction and negotiations. With internal Audits and Spot Checks the role will assure that the Customers and internal SQA Targets are met.
Responsibilities/Tasks;
As Software Quality Assurance Manager your daily work will consist of coordinating and leading internal expertise in RFI and RFQ responses regarding SQA Topics, be the subject matter expert in SQA and Process/ASPICE matters, as well as ensure InfiMotion process activities and work products comply to the Quality Assurance Goals and objectives. You will also get the opportunity to work with ensuring that process non compliances are detected and managed within the project, create, implement and sustain company quality standards, and accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures. Lastly, the role also includes developing quality assurance plans by conducting risk analyses and monitoring procedures as well as maintaining and improving software quality by completing software, company, system, and compliance audits.
Requirements to succeed in this role;
To enjoy working as a SW Quality Assurance Manager at InfiMotion, we think that you have a university degree in a related subject or equivalent experience in the area, as well as a degree in ASPICE Provisional Assessor or something comparable.
We want you to have at least 3 years’ Experience in SQA activities and process improvement. You have solid experience from development of complex, automotive embedded systems, and an understanding of electric drive systems, including sub-systems such as inverter, e-motor and transmission. We want you to have solid experience in Process Design, Management, and Improvement according to ASPICE, basic experience in automotive project management according to ASPICE, ideally in the field of Electric Drive systems as well as knowledge of ASPICE Process maintenance and improvement.
You should be confident in handling and interpreting norms and regulations and have experience in reporting out program Quality status in a professional manner to senior management and external customers.
