Software quality leader

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Software Quality Leader will be responsible to enfore the process and track compliance to ASPICE process. The responsibility also includes to establish process, procedures, templates, guidelines and define metrics and help device a mechanism to track the metrics to help improve and optimize the team performance. ASPICE development cycle and AGILE sprints will be followed.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 


• Overal software process leadership
• Work with all stakeholders to define/improve process,procedures, templates, guidelines
• Support and establish the toolchain for effective process implementation and tracking
• Define and track metrics
• Drive the teams to follow ASPICE V-cycle development procedure
• Work with all the stakeholders and be a binding force for the entire product team

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor of Science or above in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, mechanical engineering, aerospace, biomedical, etc.
• 10 years’ of working experience as system/software Engineer in production project
• 10 years’ of working experience as system/software Process Engineer in production project
• Good knowledge of Functional safety and ASPICE standards (or other SW Process)
• Knowledge of ADAS applications and sensor set
• Can-do attitude and passion of excellence
