Who we are?
ChromaWay is an early pioneer of what is now dubbed as "blockchain" technology. Founded in 2014 and with headquarters in Stockholm, ChomaWay offers forefront blockchain solutions to a wide range of applications to both private and public sectors all over the world. The company has collaborated with such companies and organizations as Telia, Stockholm Green Digital Finance, SBAB Bank, Landshypotek Bank, Lantmäteriet (the first blockchain solution with a swedish authority), and others. ChromaWay has been listed as one of Sweden's most promising startups in 2019 and 2020 by the influential magazine Ny Teknik.


ChromaWay has launched LAC PropertyChain, a regional land administration initiative in cooperation with Inter-American Development Bank and LACChain which primarily focuses on Latin America and the Caribbean. We also developed a new platform Chromia, which is designed for developing and running decentralised applications (dApps) based on relational blockchain.


Despite a challenging 2020 we have announced a number of strategic partnerships all over the world and we are now negotiating with different countries about using the technology for public purposes. And we need that special person who can maintain these opportunities. And this is where you fit in.
We are looking for a talented business sales representative who can take a lead in concluding strategic agreements, negotiating with international partners and broadening the sphere of the relational blockchain application. We need a sales representative who can close these complex deals.
Who you are?
2+ years of professional experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector (Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, etc.)
Preferably an MA degree in International Relations or International Business
Strong English language skills. Knowledge of other European languages, namely Russian, is a plus. You will be working in a distributed team that is primarily English and Russian-speaking.
In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency industry
Confidence in speaking with senior executives of large international companies, governmental organizations, decision makers and business representatives.
Knowledge of international affairs and governmental processes is a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills, you’re a natural influencer, able to negotiate and have the ability to ask intelligent questions with ease;
A natural sales ability with the knowledge of closing a deal
Outstanding time management and organisational skills, the ability to maintain the accuracy of a CRM/database
