Software Security Engineer, Group Digital, Ingka Group

We are looking for a software engineer with a demonstrated security interest to join the Software Security Capability to help us mature our software security program.
What you will do:
· Design, develop and integrate software solutions for strategic security challenges.
· Develop and improve strategies together with software development teams, other Cyber Security teams and other enterprise infrastructure teams on how to integrate security practices and strategies into software development.
· Develop secure proof of concepts and templates and work with software development teams to evaluate their effectiveness.
· Develop software security instructional artifacts and lead learning sessions for both Cyber Engineers and Digital Product Engineers.
· Coach both other Cyber Engineers and Digital Product Team members on how to perform threat modeling

Who are you?
We expect that you understand the challenges of risk mitigation in software development that are present complex and distributed systems. You are curious, open minded and can work independently towards a common goal.
What we hope that you bring to the table:
· Experience in software architecture.
· Experience in software development in several languages, preferably with CI/CD knowledge as well
· Experience in cloud native applications and preferably Google Cloud.
· Experience in software security – either by similar software/application security positions or experience developing and building secure software.
· Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, make recommendations for improvement and work to resolve those gaps
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate consensus from multiple stakeholders

You would be joining the Cyber Security capability, a part of Ingka Group Digital, where we set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in an uncertain and fast-moving environment. We drive the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services using new and existing technologies, as well as agile delivery methods to deliver at pace.
At the same time, we provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability.
The role is based in Malmö / Helsingborg.
