Software Support Engineer

The role
We're looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our team in Stockholm.

You will:

- Deliver first class product support to our customers

- Document support activities and results

- Identify and report product issues to development
- Work closely with other teams to improve customer satisfaction

- Analyze and improve our support processes

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in software support

- Solid knowledge of SQL, JS, and scripting

- Experience in supporting application written in C#/.NET
- Knowledge of software support methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience from collecting customer feedback for product improvement
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Fluency in both written and spoken English


In addition, it's great if you have:
- Hands-on experience with support tools like Zendesk and GitHub
- Experience with Windows Server

- AWS experience
- Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish
