We are currently looking for a Software Support Engineer to an exciting opportunity with our client who is Sweden´s leading GPS tracking company! This is a Permanent Recruitment with our client.

The role

We´re looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our client´s team in Stockholm.

You will:

• Deliver first class product support to our customers
• Document support activities and results
• Identify and report product issues to the development
• Work closely with other teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Analyze and improve our support processes

We´re looking for:

• Experience communicating with clear and comprehensive language

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in software support
• Solid knowledge of SQL, JS, and scripting
• Experience in supporting applications written in C#/.NET.
• Knowledge of software support methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in collecting customer feedback for product improvement.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

In addition, it´s great if you have:

• Hands-on experience with support tools like Zendesk and GitHub
• Experience with Windows Server
• AWS experience
• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish.
