We are now looking for a Software Support Specialist. As Software Support Specialist you will provide technical support to our customers and dealers for our support tool applications such as CareTrack, Prosis, Matris, Techtool and Co-Pilot. The support is mainly given through the Chain system but other channels like email and phone are also used. You will also be involved in product maintenance and new development projects with focus on connected services and apps and work closely with the different product owners as well as the sales regions. You will be part of a global team with members from US, EU and Asia and work in an international environment.
As a person you are self-driven with a high customer focus.


You should contribute with your competence and expertise, and collaborate closely cross functionally in your network, putting people in the driver seat by building a culture that motivates people to be both self-driven and collaboration-driven. Besides the operational responsibility, you are expected to question the status quo, look for continuous improvements in ways of working and inspire and motivate your peers.

Required competencies:


We prefer if you have a Bachelor of Science within Engineering or IT. Good analytical skills are required as well as good communication skills and knowledge about our support tool applications and systems. Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
