Westermo is looking for a Software Test Developer

As Software Test Developer at Westermo you will be part of a team that is responsible for our world class automated test systems and contribute by refining our test capabilities for existing and future products. In addition to the primary focus on test framework development, a natural part of your work is trouble shooting. If you get a kick out of looking for faults in a product, then Westermo has the place for you to grow in.

The main part of your work will be done at our R&D office in Västerås where the majority of our skilled SW R&D personnel are already waiting for you to become part of our team.

Qualifications

As a Test Developer at Westermo you will be an expert on our products and network solutions. Therefore experience in both test development and the data communication area is beneficial.

We are looking for a person who is interested in software development in general and preferably works with test development and/or have good understanding of data communications products. We believe you have a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and a few years experience from Product development and Test development. You have experience from SW development on Linux using Python, C and shell scripts. If you have experience from ISTQB it would be considered a plus. It is beneficial if you have experience in network, industrial automation equipment and network protocols. You have good skills in writing and speaking Swedish as well as English.
