Software Test Engineer

Job description
We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to a consultant assignment within RobotStudio Cloud.

Responsibilities
Together with committed and knowledgeable colleagues, you are involved in the evolution of the application RobotStudio Cloud. You will be responsible for evaluating software functions and designing test protocols to ensure that products work as intended. You will also be responsible for completing all testing procedures, suggesting performance changes and preparing performance reports.


• Test the boundaries of the application.
• Using the software as intended to analyze its functional properties.
• Designing manual test procedures to evaluate applications in a structured way.
• Finalizing and documenting testing procedures.
• Completing final tests and creating test reports.
• Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes.
• Management and continuous maintenance of smoke tests in the azure pipeline
• Regular regression testing before each new deployment


In other words, we are looking for a person with a good eye for detail, and a natural gift for software troubleshooting. Someone who can identify even the smallest flaw in software designs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications
You are experience in testing software in an agile environment with incremental deliveries.
You are familiar with azure technologies
You have knowledge of load testing concepts
You are familiar with PlayWright
You speak and write English fluently and if you do not have Swedish with you from the start, you have a genuine interest in learning and are probably already well on your way.
