We have several positions within our Software Testing Team, based in Stockholm.


Join us as a Test Engineer and be part of the onboard solutions team.


As a Software Test Engineer you will be involved in systems and products development included in the ETCS/ERTMS onboard solutions and support in the adaptation and application of Bombardier ERTMS products. The product development involves HW components and communication systems with analog and digital design and testing with highest fail-safe requirements & reliability and harsh operational environment.


Responsibilities:


- Prepare Test Plans in order to verify and ensure that the system meets its design specifications and requirements within the project.


- Write Test Specification, Test Environment Specification, Test Record and Test Reports.


- Develop and execute test cases and related scripts for scenario-based testing in lab environment.


- Analyse test results and reported deviations from expected system behaviour.


- Support lab configuration setup according to technical specifications.


Qualifications


- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic, Computer Science, Automation, IT or equivalent work experience.


- Relevant previous experience in system integration, testing and writing documentation in development projects.


- Knowledge of job-specific tools (C, C + +, C #, Linux, VectorCAST) is desirable


- Experience of ERTMS or other safety-critical systems is highly valued.


- ISTQB/ISEB Certification is an advantage
