Software Test Engineers to AARO

Role Description
As Software Test Engineer at AARO, you will work together with a team of test engineers and experts in setting up a test strategy and environment for automated testing. This entails working with design, development of automated tests and features, test cases, integrations, regression testing and requirement analysis. A large part of the role is about working hands-on with the test environments, and running tests but you will also plan scenarios, test cycles and generate, analyze and document the results.
You will also:
- Contribute to the development of methods and planning for different types of of tests
- Be an integrated part of the Quality Assurance for the product development department
- Give essential input regarding future choices of tools and technology
- Be a advocate for- and establish a strong test culture within the organization
The tech stack consists of Java, SQL Server, Delphi, React and REST.

Is this you?
To be successful in this role we think you have a couple of years experience working within automated system tests, E2E and regression tests. We also see that you have experience working with functional- as well as non-functional testing and have an understanding of agile system development and methodologies.
As a person, you are a responsive and a team player that appreciates exchanging knowledge and experiences with your team. You like to see results and work with complex issues that cover/include both business and tech. Further on, you have great problem-solving and communication skills and can freely express yourself in English - both in writing and verbally.
Earlier experience working with and implementing different methodologies and processes, ISTQB, or similar relevant certifications is not a requirement but gives extra merit.
