For our client in Karlstad, Sweden we are looking for a Software Test Lead Engineer
Description
Do you want to be a part of developing one of the worlds most advanced data server solution, Hyperscale Datacenter Solution (HDS). The solution enhances the capacity and capabilities significantly for datacenter infrastructure.
Currently we are looking for software Test/Developers who can be part our developing team, for the development of the new data server solution, HDS.
The product improves utilization of resources for computing, storage and networking. It will also have the performance, capacity and flexibility required to migrate to the new advanced 5G network infrastructure.
The data server solution is also suitable for massive media distribution, artificial intelligence and internet of things applications.
You will be part of a self-organized team of 6-8 persons, working agile. You will participate in team activities such as daily meetings, retrospectives and demos.
The work will include integration and certification of hardware, development of automated test environment as well as development and test of the management software for Software Defined Infrastructure (SDI).
You should have experience in the following:
HDS Certification SW Test/ Developer
Experience with IP network configuration and trouble shooting
Switch experience, (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Pluribus) upgrade, configuration and trouble shooting
Server architecture HW and SW, configuration and trouble shooting
BMC
BIOS
Java
Linux
Script experience: Bash, Phyton
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
Test Automation, JCAT
Jenkins
Git
General skills;
BS/BA in Computer Science or other related field
2-5 years of hands on corresponding experience
Business and customer focused mindset
Good communication and networking skills in English
Good understanding of the lean and agile principles as well as flexibility in dealing with changing situations
Strong analytical skills and a solution driven approach
Readiness to work and thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape
