Solution Analyst, Adecco IT

Adecco IT Nordics is responsible for the deliverance of IT services to all Adecco´s operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. We are now looking for a Solution Analyst to our office in Stockholm.

Job function
As a Solution Analyst you should hold a deep functional knowledge of our systems and applications. You will hold a key position between business users and development teams, collecting user requirements and conducting functional analysis for new and existing solutions. In this role you are also expected to be involved in testing which includes supporting the solutions in production. You are working in close cooperation with Adecco colleagues within IT and colleagues in our branches in the Nordic region.
The position as a Solution Analyst is a broad role demanding both strategical and operational skills. You will be one of two Solution Analysts based in Stockholm, part of a Nordic group of in total 5 analysts and reporting to the Regional Solution Analyst Line manager in Oslo.

Main tasks and responsibilities
• Capture business requirements with detailed functional analysis of the business requirements.
• Produce detailed functional specification documents to be used in the design process.
• Ensure sufficient handover of functional and non-functional specifications to the Solution Specialists/Development teams to make sure they have the necessary knowledge to propose the best system/technical solution.
• Prepare test cases and carry out testing for projects and service packs. Assist in planning and facilitating of test periods when needed.
• Support project managers and conduct training of colleagues.
• Level 2 support for the responsible solutions area, including troubleshooting and testing.

Education and professional experience
We would preferably like you to have a university degree in a business or technical subject or any comparable education, including knowledge of software development methodologies and/or ITIL Service Management processes. To be successful in this position a proven experience as a solution or business analyst is required. You also need to have knowledge and experience of more than one current/relevant area of technology and its business application. Strong verbal and written skills in Swedish and English is required in addition to organization and management skills. We also want you to have some experience in running workshops for small groups internally and externally.
