For Sandvik Group Functions IT, we’re now looking for an experienced Solution Architect with extensive skills in Workday. You have a high level of understanding for technologies such as RPA and IT architecture, and are used to gathering integration requirements in a high-quality manner; making sure that the end meets the business requirements. Your mission
In this position, you’re responsible for providing advice on Workday, and for identifying and driving innovation opportunities in both Workday and overall in Group Functions IT. You translate business requirements into solutions, and assist in the creation of the deliver roadmap, estimates and project timelines. You engage to gather information about a project, including background and a broader context of the HCM, and you provide support and guidance in system integrations from an architect and hands-on support role to manage integration issues and resolution. You build and manage a strong integrations team, and you’re a vital part in setting up new, complex custom reports and analytics for HR. Furthermore, you stay on top of new functionality that becomes available in Workday, and you drive adoption and deployment of newky released features and functions. You also ensure that projects are properly planned, staffed and executed.
This position is located in Sandviken, Sweden.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with at least ten years´ knowledge in HCM eco-system; delivering technical solutions to clients during initial deployments, to rolling adoption and take up of new modules and releases. You have extensive experience in Workday, both functional and technical, and a well-established collaboration in place with Workday. To be more specific, you have in-depth knowledge and understanding of security models and approaches to implement security architecture in Workday, and expertise in the implementation tool which includes – but is not limited to – Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio and Workday Report Writer. You also have a functional integration experience with external 3rd parties, such as payroll and other provides, and the network needed within Workday to ensure agility.
