We are present in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark and have 450 dedicated employees. Now, we are hiring a SolutionArchitect based in Stockholm. You will be part of our Business Analyst and Solution Design team, working with our key stakeholders and our product teams; “how requirements can we transformed into good solution for our colleages and customers”.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements
Facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders and external suppliers with a clear vision on what needs to be achieved
Document requirements in a way that organization understands – E.g user stories or Requirements catalogue
Be able to write high level test cases (UAT) that matches the requirements
Working with the Enterprise Architect and other Solution Architects with the Solution design for how activities can be implemented for our colleagues and customers using process modelling tool (Aris)
Understanding of microservices architecture and event driven design
Supporting the Product teams throughout the development process for activities and initiatives
To succeed in this role, you need to:
A very good technical understanding of the organization’s IT infrastructure and services provided.
3-8 years of experience in development processes within the financial services, especially within credit card and payments
Relevant Master of Science degree or similar with a long relevant work experience will compensate for lack of technical background.
Be familiar with the most common development methodologies and best practice within the area, such as Agile, DevOps
