About the Role

Improvement and upgrade of enterprise services, SW and post-M&A management, stay on top of latest trends and technologies.

We are looking for you who know that Business and IT Architecture involves daily problem solving, continuous challenges and having the ability to focus on solutions and opportunities, safeguarding that all IT services stick together.

Further, we are looking for a driven and highly motivated person to join Group IT as a Solution Architect. This role reports to the CIO and the location will be the Swedish head office located in Solna and some traveling will be needed to the Adapteos offices throughout Northern Europe.  

Main areas of responsibilities
Driver of medium/long term target architecture
Do proof of concepts, testing out ideas before deciding on the way forward
Create and maintain a complete view of existing IT services including technology behind, dependencies and connection to business processes
Develop and own the information model and master data framework
Maintain framework for business needs and demand
In discussion with business users, be a creative mind and proactively find and design solutions for further development
Understand high level business needs via a continuous dialogue with business stakeholders
Support governance model for new business requirements and project portfolio
Overall design of new services and major changes in existing solutions
Support post M&A activities with design and solution proposals for integration of new units
Participating in technology selection
Project management support including audit and review of solutions

Your background and experiences:

Higher education within Computer Science or equivalent experience and at least five years of relevant working experience in multiple IT areas
IT infrastructure and cloud development
Software architecture design
Business analysis
Project and product management
Excellent communication skills
Deep analytical skills
Project and resource management skills
Work collaboratively
Influence and negotiate
Fluent, spoken and written, in English
