What you’ll do

The Solution Architect is a key role for a close cooperation between Business and IT, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth of our solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional product development teams and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

An important part of the role is that you have experience driving digitalization and has a digital-first approach. Furthermore, you can drive architectural ideas from concept to implementation by involving teams and other stakeholders both within- and across IT domains.

You are driven, self-motivated, and communicative. You are a responsible, respectful team player willing to jump in where it is needed to assist the team and the company to succeed.

As a Solution Architect you will: 

* Act as the link between Business and IT, having responsibilities of both strategic and tactical nature.
* Execute on technical items, leading key strategic ventures.
* Drive architectural initiatives aiming to reduce complexity and increase reusability within the Digital Telco.
* Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards, and the design of standard software configurations. 
* Guide and consult the Consumer Business in decision-making for large scale product requirements affecting Digital Telco products.
* Drive digitalization implementation of our technical teams in building a microservices modularization of the Digital Telco.
* Document all solution architecture design and analysis work.
* Design cloud-native applications.

Who are you

We are looking for a Solution architect with knowledge and hands-on experience in software development from idea to production and beyond.

Requirements:

* Knowledge and hands-on experience from cloud-native applications.
* Experience presenting technical solutions to business owners.
* Track record in designing reusable modular solutions based on clean architecture.
* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English.

Nice if you have:

* Senior developer experience.
* Knowledge and hands-on experience preferably from Java Spring Boot or other backend languages. 
* Experience in translating business requirements into a technical solution.
* Experience in discovering business requirements 
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
