Product Solutions group within CTIO Operations at Tele2 is looking for a Solution Architect with Telecom knowledge, to work in the BSS core area.

The responsibility of the group is to develop and maintain the BSS Core solution which is in use in several countries. We receive requests from the businesses, propose a technical solution, and we deliver it in a solution release. This we do for all changes in the BSS Core area, both from projects and from the businesses. The BSS Core includes systems like Siebel, CAPI, Singleview, Service Delivery, and the integrations in between.

The BSS area is very important to business, it is a dynamic area and technically complex, and it is a very stimulating environment to work in. The Product Solutions group consists of competent and motivated members, striving to deliver and constantly improve both the solution and way of working.

Responsibilities and duties:

- Responsible for solution architecture and design within BSS Core
- Understand and follow the architecture guidelines and principles
- Design solution changes upon requirements received from the business, projects or other IT systems or solution groups. This will be done in cooperation with the other solution architects, and system designers
- Document the proposed solution, and update solution documentation with the changes

Competence and experience:

Education
- M.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or similar
Experiences that we value
- Experience with complex IT architecture in telecommunication businesses
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect
- Experience with integrated solutions
- Experience of one or several of the systems included in BSS Core
- Fluency in English is a requirement
