Solution Architect - PLM Integration Area
IKEA is on a journey to create a connected flow of product information across the value chain. Building new structures will set the foundation for implementing the new identifiers and is a prerequisite to connect the value chain and enabling a simplified and cost- conscious way of working. By using a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system IKEA is enabling a collaborative and efficient product development process to support a product’s entire life-cycle and part centric way of working.
In the job you will:
Be responsible to define integration patterns and lead the integration discussions with downstream applications.
Be responsible for setting and securing a relevant Digital landscape, including transition roadmaps, in the area of integrations.
Create high level design for solutions and improvements.
Be responsible for spotting technology and technology players to be explored supporting the development of the Digital landscape
Be responsible for creating, maintaining, further develop and bridging the gap to implementation of framework & guiding solution architecture principles
Be a strong part in the collaboration with business and Digital stakeholders to improve architecture with learnings from the implementation.
Proactively identify and advise on opportunities of technical solutions to deliver better business result
Act as Mentor, Governor, Educator and Innovator when it comes to architecture
Perform digital tool, system and infrastructure design reviews to support running business, provide guidance towards service improvements.
From time to time, actively participate in the ongoing development executed by existing development teams.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
Expertise on PLM - Bill of material (BOM), Part centric way of working.
Work experience in Windchill PLM tool and PLM Integrations (inbound and outbound), OSLC / REST API etc.
Experience in coordinating work between different development teams in connection to integrations. Supporting development teams with communication, prioritization and planning.
Experience in leading, coordinating testing solutions and integrations end to end.
Experience from relevant job: enterprise architecture, solution architecture or software engineering
Architecture modelling expertise and a solid understanding of the underlying business capabilities / processes, applications, and technology
Good knowledge of the relevant IKEA business processes and strategies and knowledge of the IKEA franchise system, IKEA vision, and IKEA culture and values.
Experience in agile way of working and Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
Analytical skills and an eye for detail
Planning and organizational skills
Effective communicator – able to present content and gain buy-in
Business change experience in a digital / data driven transformation
Enjoy developing IKEA by building relationships, partnerships and networks. Always being an ambassador for IKEA culture and values.
