Solution Architect

Experience of ServiceNow solution implementation.

· Must have at least 3-4 Project on ITSM Service Implementations experience.
· Experience on ServiceNow ITOM Implementation at least one Discovery, Event and Service Mapping project implementation.
· Must have hands on experience on implementing ServiceNow Integration using the OOD Service Integration capability.
· Experience leading implementations with the ServiceNow platform
· Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile
· Active working knowledge of Web Services
· Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, and SSL components
· Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Excellent testing and debugging skills Strong history of problem solving
· Working knowledge of common ServiceNow applications and ecosystem
· Working knowledge of Web Services and other integrations
