Our Mission

Scania's central Business/Process Automation team, IXB, is on a mission to enable the strategic use of automation tools across all regions and business areas within the company, as well as within the wider Traton group. Our team plays a pivotal role in Scania's digitalization transformation, contributing significantly to our ambition to Drive the Shift towards Sustainable Transport Solutions.

Your Role

As a Solution Architect, you will play a vital role in Scania's digitalization journey by inspiring and enabling the organization to embrace automation. You'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art business/process automation tools and become part of a dynamic, sociable, and highly motivated team.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Leading higher-level projects, exploring new applications of process intelligence flows.
• Involvement in pre-study phases of projects and guidance throughout project execution.
• Carefully considering business requirements, the current and planned IT landscape, and crafting robust solution designs within our Process/Business Automation technology stack.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand functional requirements and working closely with development teams and project managers to provide guidance and support.
• Staying at the forefront of technology by researching and evaluating emerging trends, frameworks, and tools to ensure our solutions align with best practices.

 

Your Profile

To excel in the role of a Solution Architect for Process/Business Automation, you should thrive on collaboration and be ready to take the lead when necessary. Proficiency in English is essential, along with a high level of drive and self-motivation. Maintaining a positive attitude toward complex technological challenges and administrative tasks is crucial.

As for qualifications, you should be skilled in building lasting relationships to drive change and possess an entrepreneurial drive with a proactive approach. You are familiar with architectural frameworks like TOGAF and Archimate is beneficial. Experience with various business automation tools such as RPA, Chatbots, iBPMS, Low-code application platforms, Process Mining, NLP, Decision Engines, and more is highly desirable. Additionally, expertise in Lean process improvement and UX design is a plus.
