Data Solution Architect – Software Factory

Job Context:
The Software Factory unit belongs to the R&D Software organization with the mission to enable the organization with capabilities within Data Management, Continues Integration / Development and Cloud Engineering.
As a Data Solution Architect you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the architecture for big data eco-system within the R&D Software Organization. You will work closely with all parts of the organization to find the best solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems and/or developed use-case.
The Data Solution Architect will report to the Director of Software Factory.
Responsibilities:
· Provide reference architecture and guidelines for technology adoption and implementation
· Participate in the evaluation, implementation and release of emerging tools in the big data space
· Responsible for helping to resolve Performance/Technical issues
· Collaborate and support, Engineers and Dev Ops teams in implementing phase
· Drive and encourage a culture of data-driven decisions
· Collaboratively develop the technology & capability roadmap for R&D Software big data ecosystem
· Lead the design and implementation of sustainable tools & processes to support the big data ecosystem
Competence:
· B.Sc. Electrical or Software Engineering
· Preferable more than 5 years’ experience within an Architecture Role
· Preferable more than 3 years’ experience with defining, building and maintaining data solutions
· Preferable more than 3 years’ experience with Cloud Computing
· Deep understanding of Cloud Services preferable google cloud platform
· A few years of experience in automotive system engineering as well as IT (cloud and backend)
· Ability to learn from others quickly to then teach, lead, and apply knowledge
· You know how to setup a data lake and maintain it
· You know machine learning concepts and implementation
· Curios mindset
· Ability to connect and communicate with all levels of the company
· Passion for technology
