Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead the development of architecture and design, ensuring stability and efficiency of solutions in HR, Analytics, and Finance for our hospitality client.
Document the systems and integration landscape within Analytics, Finance, and Team Member Journey to ensure transparency.
Provide technical expertise and guidance for projects such as Data Strategy, Collection Service, and other initiatives.
Play a key role in providing necessary documents and advice during the RFI/RFP processes.
Conduct feasibility studies supporting specific needs within Analytics, Finance, and the Team Member Journey.
Ensure technical decisions align with Scandic’s and suppliers’ roadmaps.
Identify areas for system improvement through audits based on pre-defined requirements.
Document and control technical debt to ensure an efficient and sustainable architecture.
Utilize and optimize various platforms, including D365 FO, Board International, Workday, ServiceNow, Multiple Salary and Workforce Management solutions, Snowflake, and Microsoft Azure.

What you bring:
Specialized experience in HR, Analytics, and Finance as a Solution Architect.
Proven expertise in leading the development of architecture and design for stable and efficient solutions.
Strong documentation skills, particularly in capturing systems and integration landscapes within Analytics, Finance, and Team Member Journey.
Experience providing technical guidance for projects such as Data Strategy, Collection Service, and others.
Success in contributing to RFI/RFP processes with relevant documents and advice.
Proficiency in conducting feasibility studies supporting specific needs within Analytics, Finance, and Team Member Journey.
Ability to ensure technical decisions align with organizational and supplier roadmaps.
Skilled in identifying areas for system improvement through audits based on pre-defined requirements.
Proactive management of technical debt to maintain an efficient and sustainable architecture.
