Do you want to be part of creating the next generation setup for reporting and analytics, and bridging the gap between traditional BI and advanced analytics?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Build and grow the Reporting and Analytics capabilities within the bank and the Group Business Intelligence Architect Guild.
- Design solutions for Reporting and Analytics that enables our users to incorporate advanced analytics to our large BI community.Help democratize advanced analytics, ML and AI for the larger business community.
- Help define architecture roadmap for reporting and analytics journey to make ML/AI self-service.
- Help build, maintain and support teams architecturally to develop and deploy models & applications.. The role will help build and evolve standards and patterns towards a data centric bank.
- Be part of Swedbank’s mission to is increase its analytical capabilities and diversify its data landscape. We are finding new ways of capitalizing on data, with the goal of better knowing and hence better serving our customers. In doing this, new platforms and technologies for discovery, advanced analytics and big data and security management will be explored and introduced. This will be done in close cooperation with the business and IT.
- Define Architecture governance for the analytical platform, processes, and ways of working. This is an important part of the future evolution and continous succes of Reporting and Analytics since self-service is a big part of our future.
What is needed in this role:
- Relevant academic degree
- Experience handling end-to-end pipelines for advanced analytic models in Azure
- Experience developing and deploying ML/AI models
- Experience working within the financial industry within business units is beneficial.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders, other architects and members of design team
- Have a genuine interest to learn new skills and help others to succeed
- You are eager to learn how the business works and how new technology in the BI area can be used to accelerate business and customer value
- You are self-motivated and have a can-do attitude
