Data driven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing is a long term strategic focus area for business area Private and Commercial at If Insurance. We are undergoing a huge transformation to become a world class InsurTech company and we are investing heavily in modernizing the technology stack to conduct personalized communications across channels in the Nordic region covering over 3.7 million customers.
Despite all the new technology and available data we also believe that the fundamental role of digital marketing hasn’t changed to gain understanding of our customers’ needs and values to create experiences that emotionally connect our customers with the If brand.
We seek an experienced solution architect with a view on how to develop a world class marketing technology stack for the benefit of our customers. Our key focus area currently is to utilize the huge amount of customer data and insight we have via machine learning produced analytical enablers in delivering relevant, consistent and continuous experiences across touchpoints within a digital first approach.

The Solution Architect will
· Develop and own our CRM and Marketing Technology system architecture and roadmap in regard to lead nurturing, partner and consent solutions
· Work closely with Business stakeholders, Marketeers, Engineering, functional analysts and subject matter experts to capture, analyze, consolidate, validate and transform business requirements into architectural requirements and designs.
· Be a vital part of Marketing technology related initiatives, proof-of-concepts and pre-studies. Transform findings from proof-of-concepts and pre-studies into Marketing Technology enablers and solutions.
· Challenge the status quo with insights into industry trends and future developments.
· Support our IT DevOps teams with architecture decisions and guidelines.


We believe you have the following Skills and Experience
· 3+ years of working as an IT solution architect within Digital Marketing Technology and/or CRM
· Deep technical knowledge and 3+ years of developer experience in all of the following technologies: C#/React/javascript/.Net, Azure -Web API, API management, Functions, Data Factory, Networking, CI/CD, AKS, Service bus and other tech related to CRM integrations, Docker/Containers
· Experience in creating and maintaining architectural roadmaps and lead current and future design and solution architecture of lead, partner and CRM integrations
· Experience in leading and driving architectural, Proof of concept and Pilot CRM integration initiatives
· Lead and facilitate architectural workshops and design meetings about integration architecture and development
· Be knowledgeable and coach the team on Azure integration architecture, patterns and best practices
· Implementing, coaching and promoting sound architecture principles including SOLID
· Great team player
· University degree in relevant area
· Fluent in both oral and written English


Preferred skills and experience
· Experience with Customer interaction and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Teradata CIM, Adobe campaign
· Experience from InsurTech
· Agile experience working with Scrum and/or Kanban

The Solution Architect will report to the Development Manager for CRM and Marketing Solutions. You will be based in Stockholm (Sweden) or Turku (Finland).
