Solution Architect: Customer Engagement Platform
Lynk & Co is seeking a Solution Architect for our Customer Engagement Platform.

In this role you will work closely with the Customer Engagement Platform team to secure a best of breed platform that provides the necessary technical capabilities for our Engagement Center, Digital CRM and Sales teams. You will work together with a talented, diverse group of people mainly based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam and Barcelona, and you will report to the Head of Customer Engagement Platform, based in Gothenburg.

The position is based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam or Maastricht, and includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.

What you'll do

As a Solution Architect you will work closely with the Customer Engagement Platform team to secure a best of breed platform that provides the necessary technical capabilities for our Engagement Center, Digital CRM and Sales teams, and define

implementation best practices to take full advantage of Dynamics 365 standard capabilities.

Furthermore you will:

- Support development team by giving clear instructions for development and customizations

- Oversee overall design of the CEP solution making sure each user story implementation is according to CEP architecture
- Responsible for the quality of solution including code quality, test coverage, performance, etc.
- Works with other architects such as Enterprise Architects, Integration architects in defining the overall solution based on guidelines and principles.
- Secure quality of solution design documentation
- Secure releases planning and best practices. Secure correct execution of deployments in all environments with the necessary test and validations. Optimize and automate release process.
- Detail down and write technical narratives, technical requirements and technical user stories for the development teams


What you should have

- Must have experience defining solution architecture taking advantage of standard Dynamics 365 capabilities

- Must have experience both technical and functional with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement related app (such as Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, etc)
- Must have experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CTI solutions (preferable with Genesys)
- Must have experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other platforms for end-to-end processes implementation (Mainly using Azure Functions and Azure API Management)
- Masters student in Computer Science, Business Information Management or Business
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written), but other language skills are also appreciated and welcomed
- Enjoy getting your hands dirty and make things happening
- Organized and good at structuring your work... even in an ever-evolving environment
- Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization
- Sensitive to cultural differences and enjoy working in an international atmosphere
- Dying to do things differently and ready to change mobility forever
