Our solutions connect not only among themselves via data integration, but also between thousands of suppliers and IKEA business partners, from all corners of the world. Petabytes of data rows are moved between databases, billions of event messages sent and consumed, all from data integrations built and maintained by our Data Distribution and Integration teams. Over the years the IKEA IT Landscape has become extensive, which requires clever solutions to make it simpler to maintain, develop and change.  

We are looking for a person who can lead and manage the design work of integration solutions that fits the business needs and requirements. You are thorough but have a sense of pragmatism to get things delivered. You are curious to understand our different technologies, products and technical platforms and the frameworks around them that we develop together.  

As a Solution Architect within Data Distribution Service, you will be assigned to different tasks on both project- and product deliveries, as well as process-oriented activities for improvements, such as automation and the development of our frameworks. You will work with various teams to accomplish these tasks, together with stakeholders from different parts of the organization. We think you have worked for some years within software engineering already, and now have recent experience within the solution architecture discipline.
