Who are we?
Within Digital Infrastructure and Production Tools we are driving and executing the development and implementation of product and production close system of firmware and test handling at the production sites of Husqvarna Group. We are now searching for a Product Owner to take lead, ownership and drive the implementation and improvements needed for the future scope. This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and passion for firmware management for products.
We are a diverse team of 7 people, 2 of us are working as developers within Production tools and the others working with Traceability and Data Management. Freedom is given to the individuals to deliver their respective responsibility in a way they see fit.

About the position
The teams tasks:
collect requirements, design solutions and build software together with our R&D- and manufacturing- departments which will include both embedded developers and production engineers.
develop and maintain centralized tools and solutions for product firmware distribution and test automation in collaboration with Husqvarna’s manufacturing support organization.
collaborate closely with both R&D and Manufacturing throughout our products lifecycle’s to gather insights on how the process can be improved by automation, data analytics and by extending the toolbox of those working with production.
discover and learn new technologies and apply them to continuously improve our production process using a broad mix of technologies ranging from cloud services, mobile and desktop apps to PLC communication.
Your role is to set and align the road map, together with the team design and develop solutions, plan and follow up on activities. Communication with stake holders, prioritization and process improvement around firmware management are vital parts of your responsibility.

Husqvarna is flexible and you have the opportunity to work from home but it is also of importance that you could work in the office as well when needed.
Travel occur occasionally both within Sweden and abroad.

Who are you?
In this role you will have daily contact with your closest team members but also developers and engineers from other departments, having an outgoing and positive mindset is important for you to feel comfortable in this role. Since we are a small team, you need to contribute to the overall solution design and development. We are looking for people who have a genuine technical interest and always keep their eyes a bit ahead to see if there are better ways to do this and at the same time, being able to solve solutions with what we already got. You have a previous experience from firmware release process and test automation together with a broad technical background
Required skills:
Experience from embedded programming and test automation
Experience from software and solution architecture
Fluent in English both written and orally
.Net (C#) development
Experience from communication with hardware (CAN, One-wire, BT, IoT protocol (MQTT))
Understanding of automation in production and PLC to PC interface through OPC UA
Project Management skills (communication, planning, prioritization, execution)
