So, let’s talk about the job
In this role, you’re one of our key experts. You’re responsible for designing, maintaining and improving our new digital solutions, to successfully fit our service strategy. This includes to:


Identify customer needs, to define which solutions, processes and competencies to focus on.
Form user stories and technical roadmaps for our services and our future service strategy.
Ensure that new solutions align with customer requirements and our overall architectural framework, IT principles and policies.

By coaching and inspiring our application teams, you lead their way forward in developing our products to a new level. You’re also an important link between our stakeholders and the component members of our architect community, and you work in close relation with your manager and the service architect to ensure success in every area related to our work.

About you
You have a university degree in quantitative field, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or another relevant field (or equivalent), and between 8-10 years of experience in technical application design and architecture. You have a solid track record of designing and developing applications from business requirements to a deployed solution. You have the needed experience with relevant technologies which we see are as follows:


Experience in developing highly interactive web applications / Progressive Web Applications / Mobile Applications using Low Code No Code app platforms like Outsystems. Must have certifications and minimum 2-3 years of experience specifically in Outsystems application design and development.
Experience with Data and Analytics platforms, Azure platform including Azure SQL, Azure Data pipelines, LogicApps.
Experience with the enterprise architecture design principles from data, security and other relevant aspects necessary for an end-to-end application design
Experience with DevOps / CI/CD methodologies specifically for cross functional teams, multiple apps branching/ development
Familiar with automation and other telemetry data architecture specifically for digital interfaces, APIs, XML, JSON and other interchange formats is advantageous
Developing product analysis tasks for new products/ solutions for providing technical gap fit analysis
Comfortable in also acting as the business analyst to capture the business requirements and map into technical architectures
Comfortable in also interfacing with our different technology partners and suppliers
Team player who is self-motivated and flexible
Capable of motivating and leading different workstreams who will be developing the different applications
Experience as a scrum master to be able to convert the requirements into user stories is also advantageous
Quick & continuous learner who has high analytical and logical abilities to adapt to different technologies.
