Solution Architect Experienced In Information and Data Modelling

At H&M Group we are on a digital transformation journey and we need to secure the agile way of working. In our agile organization the product “Scaled Agile & Architecture” is responsible for the tools enabling agile WoW and the Target Architecture for this. The product contains Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps and the OKR tool providing them to all product teams as well as the whole Business Tech organisation.
Your role
As a Solution Architect you will be a part of a global cross functional agile product team, working on a daily basis to allow seamless, frictionless solutions to how we shape the agile future, what tools to use and develop our Way of working. You will, in collaboration with the team, give access to the tools, setup projects in Jira and spaces in Confluence, set up guardrails and principals for advanced roadmaps, and host trainings sessions in the agile tools. As a Solution Architect you will work both strategical and practically to design, develop and constantly improve cutting edge services. You will also be the guiding star in OKR management and in creating the scaled agile experience we want to achieve.
Who are you?
As a Solution Architect at H&M Group we believe you have experience of large scaled agile work and tools used (Jira/Confluence). You have an architectural background and the ability to set a strategical and practical vision forward. You have a holistic approach and can easily connect loose ends to guide the product forward in right direction.


Mandatory requirements:
SAFe certified
Experienced in OKR management
Experience of tools supporting large scaled agile wow
Architectural background experienced in information and data modelling



It’s also great if you have experience in:
Setting up guardrails and principals for roadmaps
The Atlassian products
Automation and API’s
Working with ITSM processes, preferably in Service Now
