Solution Architect for Data Management Platforms | Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Lead Solution Architect with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our Digital Data Management Platform team.


Key Responsibilities:
We expect the candidate to apply his/her demonstrated architectural leadership and people’s abilities to help us develop our area further.
The following are examples of your responsibilities and work:
*Create and maintain the data management platform's reference architecture and roadmap.
* Data ingestion, purification, and harmonization: investigate, assess, and build the logical and technical foundation.
*Data warehousing and landing zones
* Integration and data architecture
* API-management and data gateway
*Cataloguing and administration of data
* Information gathering and analysis
* Setting up cloud infrastructure for the aforementioned.


You will identify and communicate with vendors and industrial partners in the areas of data management and technical platform so that we may maintain current and reliable technology to support our journey.
Contribution to RFQ work and ongoing governance work with existing vendors are also included.
In the domain of data management, leading and guiding product teams, developers, and other architects, as well as contributing to the architect community.
Serving as a link between business and information architecture and solutions, ensuring that architectural artefacts are fit-for-purpose and solutions are built in compliance with business and information needs.
Contribute to the definition of data management architecture principles and guardrails, as well as educating and informing the digital and business communities on data management issues.
Keep track of the technical department and make plans for its effective and timely management.
Facilitate internal and external collaboration on data management issues, i.e. support efficient data flow between platforms, regions, and organisations.
You'll also be a member of the Data Platform leadership team, helping to shape and create our future data management platform ecosystem.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate should posses the following expertise:
Certified solution architect or equivalent.
Senior experience designing goal architectures in relevant business and IT settings
MSc or similar expertise in a relevant discipline
Global experience in complicated, large-scale contexts
Leadership and training experience with team members, architects, and developers
Hands-on experience with a variety of architecture designs and platform technologies
Experience with data governance, quality, architecture, and integration
Good understanding of data management business applications
Good understanding of end-to-end data management platform architecture
Good overall technical breadth and depth
Data storage, integration, architecture, governance, and quality
BI, and analytics
Agile development
Good understanding of data management vendors and partners


Other:
Being an expert in the field of data management is a plus.
