To be more specific, Sandvik IT Services is now looking for a Solution Architect for our Identity Services department. Someone who wants to join a global industrial company and has a passion for the opportunities that digitalization brings to manufacturing – both in production and the actual products. Our Identity and Access Management team is aiming to always stay one step ahead in building a user-friendly identity platform.
Your mission
In this role, you’re one of our highly valued experts. You’re responsible for designing, maintaining and improving our Identity and Access Management services and products that successfully fit our service strategy. By coaching and inspiring our developers, you lead their way forward in developing our products to a new level. You’re an important link between our stakeholders and the component members of our architect community, and you work in close relation with your manager and the service architect to ensure success in every area related to our work.
By identifying customer needs, you define which solutions, processes and competencies to focus on. Together with the other architects, you plan for the future by forming technical roadmaps, life-cycle management for the service and even our future service strategy. You utilize your proactive mindset and business drive to ensure that the IAM services go together with our customer requirements and align with our overall architectural framework, IT principles and policies.
The location for this position is either Kista or Sandviken, although presence in Sandviken is required on a weekly basis.
Your character
We’re looking for an IT professional with a degree in Computer Science or the equivalent experience. You have extensive experience from Identity and Access Management architecture and Identity Governance, as well as a broad understanding of how the technologies within this area can add value to our business. We’re using NetIQ Identity Manager platform so knowledge from this platform is advantageous. As we act in a global environment your English skills must be excellent while knowledge in Swedish is an advantage.
With a doers attitude and a knack for complex problem-solving, you work to make things happen and to find the best options for us. You’re an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex business ideas into business-friendly context. You also challenge us when you find it necessary and, with your networking and collaboration skills, you easily interact with partners and stakeholders.
