Solution Architect - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in Kubernetes platforms like OpenShift and middleware solutions like IBM MQ, Kafka, and Vcom.

What you'll do:
● Ensure solutions align with the enterprise policies as defined by the Architecture & Standards team.
● Participate as a member of the cluster management team and contribute to the program-level vision and roadmap.
● Design the overall technical architecture of the Digital products with the help of the teams and Domain Architects, steered by the strategy and vision of the digital product manager.
● Emphasise the target architecture and roadmap to product teams and other stakeholders.
● Research and identify current and future technology services and industry standards and technology architecture viewpoints to address stakeholders' concerns.
Who you are:
● Good knowledge about communication protocols for shopfloor equipment (E.g. OPC UA).
● Experience with cloud technologies and services, preferably serverless, and can make architecture decisions at both teams and the Digital product level.
● Have experience working on projects that span multiple organizations, business units and can align the organization on complex technical decisions.
● Have exposure to modern development practices including DevOps, agile methodologies, microservice development, serverless, and cloud infrastructure.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
● Ability to find the right balance between short- and long-term decisions, etc., holistic perspective.
