Solution Architect - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in solution and software architecture and have at least 8 years of previous experience.

What you'll do:
● Be the spider in the web regarding understanding of the ServiceNow product portfolio and how the Intraservice ServiceNow environment is structured.
● Work together with our customers and the requirements analysts, system administrators and developers who are part of the system management team.
● Prepare and produce data on issues concerning strategic decisions regarding the future development of the ServiceNow environment within the organization.
● Keep up to date and informed about upcoming news and roadmaps from the supplier and make sure that the company gets the most effect from this.
● Research and identify current and future technology services and industry standards and technology architecture viewpoints to address stakeholders' concerns.
Who you are:
● Have expert knowledge regarding the design and use of ServiceNow and will contribute to the platform being used in a uniform and efficient way.
● Have a strong will to drive the process of finding the best digital solutions for the company and continuously improve their ways of working.
● 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow and their product portfolio.
● Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations, business units and can align the organization on complex technical decisions.
● Have exposure to modern development practices including DevOps, agile methodologies, microservice development, serverless, and cloud infrastructure.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
