Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in working with Workday, Mulesoft, Service Now, and or Azure AD.

What you'll do:
● Collaborate and coordinate with enterprise, domain, and solution architects from finance and purchasing domains to ensure sustainable solutions across platforms as part of our ERP platform implementation project.
● Support the design of an HR Case Management tool (guidance and support) to optimize internal support to our employees.
● Work closely with the company's suppliers regarding detailed requirements, system design, system development, testing and delivery.
● Ensure that the requirements include all relevant and necessary regulations and frameworks that DIGG provides.
● Contribute to the development of a need’s description as a starting point for continued requirement specification.

Who you are:
● Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs while engaging with stakeholders from both technical and business functions.
● Ability to engage with stakeholders both from technical and business functions and ensure collaboration across teams.
● Strong business understanding and experience in designing HRIS data landscapes within the context of business processes.
● Have technical understanding and experience of working with data flows, data security and integration design.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
