Solution Architect in Billing/CRM

Product Solutions team within Billing and IT unit is looking for a Solution Architect (SA) with focus on Billing. The team is responsible for developing architecture and design within the Tele2 target architecture and for changes of the solution in production. The overall task is to create solutions that follow the set architecture guidelines and principles, and that provide efficient support for the business processes. The solution is used in several Tele2 countries and is developed in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
The team has to be expanded to meet the future demands of the Tele2 Group. Working processes are mainly based on ITIL.

Responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for solution design, primarily within the billing (and CRM) domains
- Follow as well as improve the architecture guidelines and principles
- Design solution changes based on requirements received from business, projects or other IT systems or solution groups
- Make sure that the solution is aligned with the target architecture and roadmap
- Create and maintain Solution Description documents
- Gather requirements from customer operations, product management and the maintenance organization
- Participate in the solution control board: present solutions and participate in solution reviews
- Participate in work planning, enhancement of the working methods and identifying solution improvement areas

The main delivery is design of solution changes in the solution based on:
- To-Be Business Process
- Business requirements
- Non-functional requirements
- Target architecture
- Solution roadmap
- Other constraints (time, cost, long term perspective etc.)

Competence and experience:
Education
- M.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Other relevant training or education
Experience
- Experience with complex IT architecture in telecommunication businesses
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect and Business Analyst
- Experience from Siebel and SingleView
- Experience of working in large, complex and multi-cultural projects
- Billing experience with regards to mediation, rating, invoicing, accounts receivables, treatment and credit management
- CRM experience in regards to customer management, case management and order management
- Fluency in English and preferably in Swedish
