SOLUTION ARCHITECT INDUSTRIAL IT

In this role you are part of Tetra Pak´s Development organisation, which is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing world class converting solutions. The Digitalisation & Automation team ownership is growing and today supports the projects with software solutions, electrical design, training both internally and to our converting factories. We are the global owner of the automation converting specifications related to tools, methods and standards for converting equipment design.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solution Architect - Industrial IT you will work in technology and product development projects, from initial ideas to solutions ready for deployment in our converting factories. The position offers you a chance to develop your expertise in a broad technical area covering the full converting line process. As many digital solutions being developed jointly with IT, technologies as service bus, azure stack, microservices API’s is developed in a cross-functional team.

The responsibilities of this role are e.g. to ensure project-level solution design is aligned with architecture standards, platforms and patterns. You ensure that projects are delivered with high quality forward-thinking designs that meet business needs, and support project teams in performing Architecture Fit and Architecture Review. You drive and coordinate high level design (blueprint), translating requirements into solution design, plus you define and maintain application/infrastructure guidelines required for new IT services. To drive technical and innovation projects according to architecture roadmaps are also responsibilities of this role, as well as coordinate solution design across IT and OT. The position is based in Lund and can require some travelling.

We are looking for a collaborative colleague to our skilled team with a strong and broad technical interest. You have a creative as well as an analytical mindset, and the ability to realise a vision into reality. You enjoy teamwork and are a clear communicator. Last, but not least, we think you are change-oriented and able to engage people around you. You have knowledge in industrial IT with focus on digital capabilities such as: Azure, IoT, Microservices, API’s. Should you have interest in or knowledge about concepts like “smart factories”, Internet of Things” and “Industry 4.0”, this would be highly valuable. Your educational background is probably a university degree in Automation, Computer science or Industrial IT Engineering.
