About the position

In the role as Solution Architect, you will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Delivery and Operations, together you are responsible for finding solutions to fit customer needs based on Dustin’s service catalogue.
Part of your responsibility will also include working closely with our Service Product managers to enhance and develop our services.

To succeed in this role, you have experience in designing and selling infrastructure solutions based on standardized portfolios, more specifically datacenter and cloud such as VMware and Microsoft Azure.
In the role you will also be required to design solutions and present them in customer meetings and scope the solution/implementation projects to ensure a qualitative and profitable delivery.

Technical Sales Support is a quality assurance function at Dustin; therefore, you and the team have a mandate to question technology choices and commercial conditions.

The recruiting manager for this role is our Head of Technical Sales Support, Helena Levén. Her leadership is transparent, straight forward, and empowering.

It is part of your and the team's role to maintain a high level of competence in Dustin's product range and technology market overall through continuous training and certification.

What you bring

- 5+ years of experience in the role of architect/presale/solution specialist within infrastructure and cloud.
- Fluent English as well as one Nordic language in speech and writing is mandatory.
- Knowledge in Azure, virtualization, M365 & Cisco is an advantage.
- Great interest in learning new technologies.
