Arbetsbeskrivning
1. Serve as the first point of contact, strategic and tactical advisory for related business functions. Develop a thorough understanding of the partner strategic direction, business needs, culture, and existing systems. Align the IT strategies to business objectives, optimisation programs and take up the service delivery responsibilities.
2. Manage business expectations through an effective change management methodology. Facilitate, govern, and advance key strategic and tactical partner forums.
3. Assess & Report progress of all projects initiated within the assigned portfolio; work with project leads to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
4. Track resource capabilities and capacity to advise client management on potential risk or issues. Create budget requests. Facilitate value capture and lessons learned.
5. Align and agree with IT-managers in developing/negotiating partner service level agreements, and that such are documented, communicated, and understood. Contribute to the overall roadmap framework. Provide strategic direction for customer service management, service level agreement and IT governance to foster a customer service culture across the organization.
6. Facilitate and manage the project steering committees.
