So, let’s talk about the job
Here, you’re an important key in our IT-world, working with a highly competent team in the forefront of how networks are built. Together, you ensure a solid product flora with a basic principle; providing our users with space while at the same time protecting them. You work side by side and in great collaboration with a Product Owner who’s responsible for all sourcing contact, delivery and budget, while you’re the expert who’s creating the changes. Your mission includes to:
Provide deployment advisory services - including best practice design, recommendations and configurations - and you own our high impact problems and technical escalations
Maintain knowledge of all Zscaler products, technologies and services, and pro-actively develop and deliver notifications of new ones
Develop and maintain best practices for implementing and supporting Zscaler products – both internally and externally – and contribute to shaping the future of the platform.

All in all, you’re our go to person in these matters, who’s able to understand when new technology is emerging, grasp the concept and gain detailed knowledge about the area – taking our network security two steps higher!
Where’s the office?
While this position offers flexible working conditions, your base is in either Kista (Stockholm) or Sandviken. As your colleagues and our partners are spread across different locations, some travel could be included during normal circumstances.
What we need from you
As much as we truly value your passion for change and the ability to switch between details and the bigger picture, you obviously need previous experience from the field. To thrive in this role, we see that you have:
A deep understanding of networks or security in enterprise environments
Hands-on knowledge with network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, Traceroute and MTR
A university degree within IT, or equivalent experience

Relevant certifications, such as CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP or CCSP are naturally beneficial. You easily communicate with people and build trusting relations, and you’re skilled in explaining technical information in ways that makes sense for everyone, while also being at home in technical and architectural discussions. Naturally, this means that you communicate fluently in English, while knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
