Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in developing, anchoring, and implementing solutions for a complex business or business area.

What you'll do:
● Develop and maintain the Digital Workplace roadmap and make sure it aligns with unit and company priorities.
● Ensure that solutions are designed in accordance with government target architectures and standards.
● Be involved in driving the change journey and communicate recommended solutions and choices among relevant target groups, at both strategic and operational level.
● Provide teams with policies and guidelines regarding software development practices to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
● Ensuring all digital workplace solutions are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Who you are:
● Have experience with multi-vendor environments with co-existing Google, Microsoft and other digital workplace platforms.
● Good knowledge of Microsoft server environments and authorization structures (Active Directory) and understanding of networks.
● Strong business understanding and experience in designing HRIS data landscapes within the context of business processes.
● Experience of IT security work and habit of complying with regulations and internal guidelines within public activities.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
