Your mission
This position combines both hands-on work and ownership of the architecture for our productivity platforms where you play a crucial part in our mission to help our business fully utilize Microsoft Power Platform and Viva. By continuously interacting with stakeholders, you build an understanding of their needs and the context, rendering in feasible technical solutions that meet both business needs and expectations.
Included in your mission is to:
Lead and coordinate the technology development of the Products within Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Viva.
Research emerging technologies and propose changes to the existing solution architecture.
Develop and anchor a technology roadmap for the products in line with the technology direction of the Product Area.
Collaborate with suppliers and partners of the Product Team.
Write technical solutions documents for changes in both existing and new products.
Location
This position is based in Sandviken or Stockholm, embracing a hybrid work model where you can combine time at the office with remote working. Travel to Sandviken is required upon need if you’re stationed in Stockholm, as your management team and some team members are based there.
Your profile
We envision a candidate who’s technically skilled and passionate about automation and low-code development, embodying strategic thinking and a user-centric mindset. Being technically oriented and a motivated problem solver is imperative. Having excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to guide and mentor colleagues is highly valued. If you also possess a solid understanding of business goals, market dynamics, and customer needs – combined with acumen in stakeholder and financial management – you’re potentially a perfect fit for this role.
Diving into the hard skills, you need:
Proven experience of leadership and change management.
Profound technical expertise, especially in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies – including CoE, CLI, integrations with surrounding systems, and security review, setup, and governance.
Knowledge within Microsoft Viva.
Expertise in data analysis, reporting and BI tools.
A bachelor's degree in IT.
Familiarity with agile work fundamentals, frameworks, methods, and practices.
Good English and Swedish skills, German is a plus.
