Assignment Description:
We are recruiting a Solution architect to be involved with data capture about case management, working methods and purchased services linked to these being collected in our Enterprise Data Warehouse.
What you'll do:
● Use more sources than our core system to be able to create messages when the core system cannot store this information.
● Source should also be able to hold more information than is necessary to create messages.
● Make sure that the core system can, as far as possible, also carry out the bookings we send messages on.
● Work with an STP flow from Issuer to message (according to SRDII, GOR & SCoRE) and GUI for operations to manage customer requests as well as monitor messages.
● Corporate event notifications should be able to be sent per order from Issuers and not in batches.
● Have a unique reference that is created already when Issuers register their event and which is then included throughout the life of the event in all systems.
● Set up subscriptions for notifications for accounts, accounts with holdings but also account less.
Who you are:
● Worked as a solution architect before and possess good understanding of ITSM processes.
● Ability to translate the business architecture into sustainable technical solutions.
● Deep technical competence and knowledge of overall IT and technology, along with specializations such as infrastructure, data modelling or service orientation.
● Possess experience in public administration, public procurement, agile development and hold certification in SAFe.
● Technical knowledge about Jira, Confluence and PrimeArch/ Sparx.
● Knowledge of the development process and its stages, development tools and other technologies such as database, development framework, third-party products and more.
