Solution Architect - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are recruiting a Solution architect to be part of software development team that is focused on agile way of working. You will be working in close collaboration with team colleagues, end users, business analysts and other teams.
The Solution Architects in their group also takes responsibility for onboarding and coaching of all the Solution Architects in the product domains.
What you'll do:
● Develop new Architecture iteratively, and address requirements regarding backend-API in order to implement UI features.
● Understand configuration management process and develop features to support it.
● Analysing the big picture, understanding the business, and collaborating with other roles when crafting a solution.
● Guide and coach others in arriving at the best solution for the company and continuously improve their ways of working.
● Ensure to follow core principles when interacting in the system landscape display a capability-centric view of system landscape.
● Decoupling and autonomy by strategizing to make use of serverless and fully managed services in an event driven Microservice Architecture without taking on responsibility for infrastructure.
● Evaluate products in the market and see if they can be part of the future system solution and other internal systems / solutions can be integrated to achieve the entire requirements.
● Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture and provide guidance to development teams.
● Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
● Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
Who you are:
● Solid experience and a leadership proclivity, along with competency for onboarding and coaching Solution Architects.
● Technical experience with TDD, and JavaScript testing frameworks (Protractor, Jasmine), primeng and ag-grid, Azure and/or AWS, Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (preferably Git), Containers and orchestration, API documentation with swagger/open api, CI/CD and Visual Studio.
● Always focused on finding solutions and love a good problem, along with ability to easily adapt your communication style to create understanding.
● Confident and colleagues from both business and technology domains turn to you for guidance.
● Ability to translate the business architecture into sustainable technical solutions.
● Proficiency in verbal and communication skills of English language.
