SOLUTION ARCHITECT - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are recruiting a Solution architect for ensuring that the architecture of the internal applications interacts. The work is done in close collaboration with the Roadmap architects, Scrum Masters and the product owners on ongoing activities. The role also includes being a requirement setter and realizing the requirements in close collaboration with the developers.
What you'll do:
● Develop a proposal for IT support with a high-level architecture.
● Evaluate products in the market and see if they can be part of the future system solution and other internal systems / solutions can be integrated to achieve the entire requirements.
● Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
● Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture and provide guidance to development teams.
● Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
● Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
● Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have.

Who you are:
● Worked as a solution architect before and possess good understanding of ITSM processes.
● Ability to translate the business architecture into sustainable technical solutions.
● Deep technical competence and knowledge of overall IT and technology, along with specializations such as infrastructure, data modelling or service orientation.
● Ability to take a holistic view and performing assessments of realization options (profitability assessments), such as buying, building yourself or a combination thereof.
● Good communication skills to be able to discuss issues and motivate the choice of solution, both with technical specialists and people without technical knowledge.
● Knowledge of the development process and its stages, development tools and other technologies such as database, development framework, third-party products and more.
