Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in transparently anchoring solution ideas in the architecture function and procurement processes.

What you'll do:
● Close collaboration with, for example, operations architect, Enterprise architect and other solution architects as well as those responsible for requirements and system specialists.
● Work to anchor solution ideas on an ongoing basis and to document decisions regarding recommended solutions.
● Gather information from SMEs and the different situations in the mills as well as the future needs, both from a local, mill, perspective as well from an overall company group perspective.
● Provide guidance by ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements match the needs of the business.
● Research and identify current and future technology services and industry standards and technology architecture viewpoints to address stakeholders' concerns.
Who you are:
● Ability to translate operational architecture into sustainable IT solutions, both in the short and long term.
● Good experience in converting banking operations (Saving, Lending, Paying, Customer, AML & FCP, Finance, Risk, Treasury and decision support) into concrete IT solutions.
● Ability to describe solution ideas in both PowerPoint and concise solution descriptions in Word.
● Can make assessments of consequences, from different perspectives, that a proposed solution may entail.
● Has a background in system development and understands the development process in its entirety.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
