Description

As a solution architect, you work with the development of the client's master data systems and contribute your expertise to ensure that the client develop solutions and functionality that best match the needs of the client's production systems and business processes. In this role you will especially focus on the client's new Nordic master data systems where they make major changes in master data management and in the consumption of master data in surrounding systems.

You work closely with the business, various stakeholders within IT and the client's agile development teams. The client work agile according to Scrum and SAFe.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- University degree in the IT area or equivalent knowledge reached by experience.
- Proactive and enthusiastic and has a good understanding of the needs of our customers and units. You should be able to communicate and present technical solutions and details so that people without technical knowledge can understand
- At least 5 years’ experience from business change and/or IT-development.
- At least 2 of these years as senior developer, designer or business-/information-/systems -architect.
- Experience from large scale IT-projects and solutions.
- Very good understanding of Logistics business.
- Participates actively in creating a good work culture, where we together find the best solutions. This means that you can both work independently, but also participate and contribute.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to lead and coach other architects and developers.
- Experience in working in a distributed delivery organization and with offshore developers.
- Experience with large scale agile deliveries.
- Proven ability to independently capture & share information through formal written documentation in English and local language.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and a local language.
- Process oriented mindset and a strong ability to follow & apply processes & methods to secure cross functional efficiency & cooperation.


Preferred competence and experience:

- IT-/Information-/Business Architect education. Certification is desirable.
- Preferably Swedish speaking.
