Solution Architect - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in developing, anchoring and implementing solutions for a complex business or business area.

What you'll do:
● Analyse needs (functional, non-functional) in monitoring from a strategic, tactical, and operational perspective and ensure that there is a clear strategy and roadmap.
● Be involved in leading and driving the establishment of the centralized capacity for monitoring.
● Ensure solutions are designed in accordance with customer target architectures and standards.
● Be involved in driving the change journey and communicate and anchor recommended solutions and choices among relevant target groups, at both strategic and operational level.
● Contribute to the development of a need’s description as a starting point for continued requirement specification.
Who you are:
● Experience of having been responsible for establishing a central supervision of IT services from scratch in a complex business or business area.
● Ability to engage with stakeholders both from technical and business functions and ensure collaboration across teams.
● Strong business understanding and experience in designing HRIS data landscapes within the context of business processes.
● Have technical understanding and experience of working with data flows, data security and integration design.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
